Can I use my $25 credit on my account at any time or do I need to wait until my subscription renewal?
Yes! The credit is on your account and you can apply it to a specific purchase. One credit can be used per purchase and you can have an unlimited number of credits!
How can I see who I referred?
Just log into your account and go to “My Referrals” and you can see your list of friends who you have referred right in your account as well as whether your friend has used their gift!
Can you get $25 each time my friend makes a purchase or is it only one credit per friend?
For each friend that you refer you will receive $25, and your friend will receive $25 off their first purchase. Spread the word to get additional credits!
How long does my credit stay on my account before it expires?
Credits do not expire. If you need to place a subscription on hold or if need help finding your credits, contact our customer service team at info@phylabiotics.com.
